The Self-guided Transardinia is therefore a partially facilitated Transardinia Classic as for the type of grounds, while the total length remains about 450 km.
Transardinia Self starts from the surroundings of Olbia, a little town in the northeast of the island and access to the better known Emerald Coast.
You can reach Olbia directly by:
Air: The airport Olbia Costa Smeralda is the only one in the northeast of Sardinia and covers lines in Italy and abroad. Ship: The city is connected with the main ports in northern and central Italy. Other ports/airports: Alternatively, you can reach Olbia landing in another airport/port and taking pubblic buses or trains. Once you arrive in Olbia, to reach the first hotel in the outskirts of the town, you can purchase one of our transfer services or, if you prefer to go by bike, follow the GPS track that we'll send you by email.
